Position : Associate Engineer – ME (ME Technician)
Qualification : Diploma / GTTC / NTTF – Mechatronics / Tool & Die
Experience : Min 3 to 5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning & validation of new machines & equipment’s ensuring
timely project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Diagnose mechanical & electronic failures or malfunctions promptly & implement
effective corrective actions to mitigate operational disruptions.
Develop & implement preventive & predictive maintenance to optimize the reliability &
availability of production machinery & equipment’s, minimizing downtimes & ensuring
plant efficiency.
Implement cost-effective changes in equipment design to improve reliability and safety.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements & cost optimization in production
process through engineering solutions & best practices.
Assist in the design, development of electromechanical equipment such as Connector
SPM, Spot/laser welding machines, riveting machines & auxiliary ensuring adherence to
project specifications & engineering standards.
Optimizing Efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings to increase yield &
output.
Skills:
1. Hands on experience in automation & machine trouble shooting – Min 3 to 5 year
2. Hands on experience in handling laser welding / Spot welding / robots.
3. Knowledge Jigs & fixtures assembly.
4. Knowledge of PLC / Vision System & Hipot testing
5. Problem solving skills / Technical Skills / Teamwork.
6. Ability to work under tight schedules in all shifts.
