Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumber to join our rapidly growing company and build our plumbing service department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take a hands-on lead role while helping shape the future of a new residential service division.

You will start by running residential service calls and remodel plumbing work. As the department grows, this role will evolve into a leadership and management position, overseeing technicians, developing processes, and building a full service team.

ResponsibilitiesHands-On Plumbing Work (Initial Phase)

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues professionally and efficiently
Complete remodel plumbing, fixture replacements, repipes, reroutes, and rough-ins
Communicate with customers and provide expert recommendations
Maintain high-quality workmanship aligned with code and company standards
Document work in our service CRM platforms
Coordinate with office staff for scheduling and job updates
Leadership & Department Development

Help build the plumbing service department structure, workflow, and SOPs
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring future plumbing technicians
Provide input on service pricing, truck stock, and equipment needs
Set quality standards and help form the department’s culture
Work directly with leadership as the company expands into full-service operations
Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience as a residential or service plumber
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to help build and grow a department
Preferred (Not Required):

Florida plumbing license (or ability to obtain)
Experience training or supervising other plumbers
Experience in residential service or remodel plumbing
Familiarity with service CRM software

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
