United Corporate Housing is seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Specialist. This role is critical in optimizing and managing the supply chain operations to support the organization's sales and revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient supplier relationships, responding to client needs, enhancing market readiness, and ensuring operational efficiency across global regions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with global suppliers, landlords, and vendors
• Onboard new suppliers to diversity housing options for both short-term and long-term bookings
• Handle inquiries from partnerships and potential new relationships via the website, phone calls, or other channels.
• Assist the Director in expanding and managing the supplier network, prioritizing quality, cost efficiency, and availability.
Lead Management and Sales Support
• Proactively engage with incoming leads, including portal leads, to respond to supply chain-related inquiries, support the sales team, and ensure timely bookings and efficient operations
• Focus on sales-oriented activities to convert leads to actionable partnerships
• Serve as a key resource for the sales team during high lead volumes, ensuring timely responses and comprehensive support
Supplier and Vendor Collaboration
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues, strengthen partnerships, and ensure smooth operations
• Support logistics planning, pricing proposals, and sourcing strategies, especially for remote or challenging locations
Data Management and Reporting
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for supply chain projects and documentation
• Conduct portal entry audits to ensure property profiles and accounts are current and accurate
• Track and report key metrics, including progress on RFPs, group moves, and other projects, to support data-driven decision making.
Strategic Support for RFPs and Group Moves
• Assist in gathering necessary data, pricing information, and logistical elements for RFPs and group moves
• Support the development and implementation of processes for streamlined RFP management and group move planning
Collaboration and Process Improvement
• Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments to foster an integrated approach to vendor relationships
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving supply chain operations and supporting company growth
• Participate in special projects, including Government Services Administration (GSA) network support and other market growth initiatives
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to dynamic market demands
• Experience in supply chain management, sales support, or related fields is a plus.

We are looking for a Program Manager- Field Insights. You will report on customer engagement, sales strategies, and operational insights to optimize business operations. Working with Demand Planning Team to provide field insights and CSAM triage management for our premium customers. In this role you will work with multiple teams to create and develop reports and analytics. In this role you will Interface with the Sales Team, noting incoming demand, helping to manage customer escalations as it relates to capacity.
Requirements:
• 8-10 Years of experience with Data Analysis, CRM Data, Sales Pipeline, Motion Cycle and Azure. prior or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree
• CSAM triage management experience.
• Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective.
• Presenting a capacity summary on the region and the "hot" issues within certain regions in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Drive program/project schedules and status report.
• Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
• Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
• Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $130,000 - $138,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
