We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value real estate development projects. This role is ideal for a professional who can drive large-scale construction projects from planning to execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget discipline.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of real estate development projects — from concept planning and approvals to construction execution and final delivery.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and strategic decision-making abilities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Strategy
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Align project execution with business goals and development strategy

Stakeholder & Team Management
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders

Budget & Cost Control
• Prepare detailed project budgets and monitor financial performance
• Ensure efficient cost utilization and financial accountability

Risk & Compliance Management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and construction norms

Execution & Coordination
• Manage project phases including design development, procurement, construction, and handover
• Track progress and ensure projects remain on schedule

Quality Assurance
• Implement strict quality control processes
• Ensure construction standards meet industry benchmarks and project specifications

Communication & Reporting
• Maintain transparent communication between management, consultants, and contractors
• Provide regular progress reports, project documentation, and updates

Leadership & Performance
• Lead cross-functional teams and build a collaborative work culture
• Drive productivity and ensure high-performance project delivery

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

🎓 Master’s Degree in relevant discipline (Preferred)

Experience Required

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate project management

✔ Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
