The Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, working with small groups or individual students to ensure they achieve their full potential. You will assist in lesson planning, classroom management, and actively contribute to creating an engaging and productive learning environment. Your ability to lead lessons, inspire students, and support their learning will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored support to students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist in lesson planning and preparation.
• Lead small group and whole-class teaching sessions when required.
• Work closely with teachers to assess student progress and development.
• Provide pastoral care and support to ensure the well-being of all students.
• Engage with parents and carers to foster a collaborative approach to student success.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a school setting.
