Responsibilities
More than any other area of nursing, home care allows you to foster a bond with patients and their families that is unlike any other
You have some flexibility to see your assigned patients for the shift as you prefer, as long as you are self-motivated and efficient in your time management

While you will be working independently, you will be supported by the RN Case Manager and our scheduler

What you’ll do

What it takes
• STNA certification or completion of the Medicare competency evaluation program
• 1-2 years of experience working as an STNA or home health aide
• Knowledge of home health aide practices and procedures preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle (you’ll use your own car), valid driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record
