We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant Manager, Food at Auberge Resorts Collection. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create memorable experiences for guests, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in food and beverage operations.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, to ensure departmental profitability.
