We are seeking a Hotel Reservations & Vendor Management Executive with expertise in hotel booking, vendor relations, and negotiation to enhance our service quality and cost efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
• Hotel Booking Management: Handle end-to-end hotel reservations for corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Vendor Relations & Negotiation: Collaborate with hotels to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals.
• Identify and onboard new hotel partners to expand the accommodation network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing hotel vendors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Contract & Rate Management: Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with hotels, securing favourable terms, exclusive rates, and added benefits.
• Review and update rate contracts regularly to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Billing & Payment Reconciliation: Oversee the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation with hotel partners.
• Verify vendor invoices against bookings and resolve any discrepancies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve booking efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Quality Control: Ensure hotels meet company quality standards and deliver consistent service across locations.
• Conduct regular reviews and gather client feedback to assess hotel performance.
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor negotiations and client coordination.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle booking issues and vendor-related challenges.
• Negotiation and analytical skills to secure favourable contracts and optimize costs.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple bookings and vendor relationships simultaneously.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in hotel booking management, vendor tie-ups, and cost control within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and contract management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong attention to detail.
