What will I be doing?

Effectively communicating with guests and colleagues alike in a professional and courteous manner:
• Acknowledge the guests' departure and express thanks for the opportunity to serve them
• Exemplify exceptional attention to detail when processing guest payments, taking care to apply various techniques such as utilizing the point-of-sale system, handling cash transactions, credit and debit card processing, and gift card and certificate administration
• Confirm that guests are satisfied with their experience and make every effort to address any issues they may have, seeking assistance from a supervisor if needed
• Our core duty is to offer timely and efficient attendance to our guests' inquiries and requests in a welcoming and courteous way
