Responsibilities
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute all events, including weddings, conferences, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify market needs and trends. Evaluate local, national, and international market trends, vendors, and other hotel/restaurant operations to ensure competitive edge.
• Financial Management: Assist in managing event costs and revenue, ensuring effective budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
