The Element Bentonville hotel offers suites with kitchenettes or full kitchens to support guest comfort and encourage a healthy lifestyle. The hotel includes the RISE Breakfast, promotes shopping at local markets, and is conveniently located near XNA, Downtown Bentonville, NWA Medical Center, and NWA Children's Hospital.
Role Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Verify guest information and collect payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a front desk in a hotel preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized scheduling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
