**Job Summary**
The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our hotel. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee front office operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and manage front desk systems to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Solicit feedback from guests and employees to improve services and identify areas for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or management role.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
