Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Hotel Management professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 3 years to join our team. The position is based in Amravati, Chandrapur, Wardha, and Nagpur, and is a full-time contract role. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operations of hotel management activities and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications And Skills
• Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Exceptional customer service skills to handle guest queries and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Hospitality (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in maintaining hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Staff Training (Mandatory skill): Capability to train and manage hotel staff to ensure high performance and compliance with protocols.
• Operations Management: Experience in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth running.
• Revenue Management: Skills in managing and optimizing hotel revenue streams.
• Budgeting: Competence in managing budgets and complying with financial constraints.
• Inventory Management: Expertise in managing inventory to prevent shortages or oversupply.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve any issues that arise.
