We are a dynamic and fast-paced team of hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant Night Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office overnight team.
Responsibilities
Lead the overnight team to deliver outstanding service and ensure seamless operations.
Drive engagement and motivation within the team, focusing on guest satisfaction, problem resolution, and brand standards.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and accurately complete night audit functions during designated hours.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a large hotel environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
Strong problem-solving, training, and organizational skills to drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera systems.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced front office environment.
A proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain exceptional standards.
A proactive approach to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Outstanding organizational, written, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
An ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing workload, and being flexible to work weekends and evenings.
