Job Responsibilites • Oversee the operations of the property, as per the Organizational chart. • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments and team members. • Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards. • Lead all key property issues including improvements and upgradation projects, customer service and refurbishment. • Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures. • Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the Properties annual Operating Budget • Manage on-going profitability of the Properties, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management. • Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings. • A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies • Maximizing room yield revenue through innovative sales practices. • Work along with the revenue management team in devising methodologies for maximising revenue • Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staffs at the property. • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis. • Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development. • Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints. • Provide effective leadership to property team members. Qualifications • 3-4 year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network • Strong organizational and excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation skills • Proven track record in making the hotel operation profitable & strong ability to multitask • Comfort working with multiple groups within business Location : Kharghar, Navi Mumbai & travel to 2-3 hours impromptu visits Note: General Manager/ Assistant GM can also apply About Leisurely Stays & Experiences- Some people look for a beautiful place, others make places beautiful for them, so leisurely is the right place for you.
