Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in George Square, Glasgow. As Premier Suites receptionist you will undertake many tasks that are typically associated with general hotel receptionist duties, such as managing reservations, handling phone enquiries, and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, handling reservations, providing assistance, and being a front face for the Premier Suites team.

Qualifications, skills and experience

We are seeking someone who enjoys being part of a team. We are very focused on providing opportunities for our team to learn and develop their skills, and as such full training is provided, but previous experience in a reception role in a hotel would be a great benefit for this position.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Receptionist Duties: Experience in front desk operations and guest services
• Reservations: Ability to manage and coordinate hotel bookings
• Warm communication style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is important
