About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and provide summaries and recommendations on various legal topics
2. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and legal documents
3. Assist in the management and protection of intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents in India & United States of America
4. Work on GDPR compliance and audit, as well as ISO certification and create a GDPR document for clients
5. Help maintain and update legal databases, document repositories, and compliance records
6. Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends that impact the startup landscape
7. Assist in drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents related to data privacy and protection
8. Conduct legal due diligence on potential business partners, investors, and vendors
+. Assist in preparing legal presentations, reports, and other materials as required
