Housekeeping

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for tenants and guests alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of laundry rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, doors and moulding surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with laundry duties as required.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
