Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate & Housekeeping Executive, located in Chennai. The Housekeeping Associate & Executive will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in all guest rooms and public areas. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, managing laundry services, and maintaining supplies. Additionally, the role involves training new employees, conducting regular inspections, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

• Experience in Laundry services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills and the ability to manage supplies
• Experience in Training new employees
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
