Full Job Description
OPERATIONS:

· Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget

· Maintain par stock of Guest Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, HK Machines, Linen & Uniforms

· Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for Linen, Uniform and Fixed Assets

· Pay particular attention while organizing Pest Control activities, Façade Cleaning, Outsourced Laundry

· Prepare reports for Management information

· Assist Purchase Department in selecting suppliers & materials for items related to Housekeeping

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

· Develop and implement Housekeeping System and Procedure

· Organize on the job Training and evaluate it’s effectiveness

· Approval of the Functional Manual of the Department

· Daily Briefing of Supervisors

· Pay close attention to Staff Food, Accommodation, Salary Structure, Departmental Promotions and Increments for well deserving employees

· Encourage team members to share their ideas for improvements

GUEST EXPERIENCE/OTHER DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT:

· Ensure that Rooms are made and maintained as per Company Standards

· Responsible for entire Public Area and up-keepment of the Property

· Pay close attention to Guest Satisfactions, Guest Complaints

· Guest Comment Card follow up in coordination with Front Office for enhanced Guest Satisfactions

· Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, Human Resources, Stores & Purchase, Golf Operations, F&B, Facilities, Admin, IT and Accounts

· Lost & Found Management

· Responsible for Staff Appraisals with the Housekeeping Department

· Responsible for smooth pre-opening activities of The Residences including manpower recruitment, training, procurement of linens / towels / cleaning tools & supplies, office & space allocation planning, F&B Linen selection, Uniforms Management etc.

· Responsible for all Pre-Opening activities of “The Residences” including Staffing / Procurement of Towels, Linens, Room Amenities, Supplies / Training / Snagging and taking over operations from the Project Team.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
