Housekeeping Supervisor

Need Housekeeper Supervisor at BKC location

Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow established procedures and standards.
Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on new methods, products, and technologies.
Inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
Address any deficiencies identified during inspections and provide feedback to staff.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, front desk) to address cleaning needs and special requests.
Handle emergency cleaning situations and reallocate resources as necessary.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Order new supplies as needed and ensure their proper storage and usage.
Track usage of supplies to manage costs and prevent shortages.
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including room inspections, inventory levels, and staff performance.
Manage timekeeping and payroll for housekeeping staff.
Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.
Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Implement safety training and promote a safe working environment for staff.
Address and report any safety hazards or incidents.
Interact with guests to address their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that housekeeping services contribute to a positive guest experience.
Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
