Job Description
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
• Assist in the coordination of HR-related meetings and events
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts
• Help in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of HR information
The Successful Applicant
• An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• The capability to work effectively in a team
