Job Purpose:

ü Working in close association with all departments and Head-HR & Admin to deliver a safe work environment and availability of required assets.

ü Assisting in managing the initial recruitment, induction, training, retention and reward programs of the Company in consultation with the Senior Management.

ü Overseeing all personnel administration matters across the Company as per the guidelines laid down in the Company Manual / Standard Operating Procedure.

ü Ensuring availability of stocks wrt daily infrastructural and refreshment requirements.

The Role will contribute to the following:

a) Recruitment Process:

- Rendering support to the recruitment process by posting vacancies, corresponding with the Consultants, initial screening, scheduling interviews, applicant assessment and
submitting reviews to respective departments for skill testing and thereafter submitting the collated report for final hiring.

- Completing the defined pre-boarding and on-boarding, induction, training and off-boarding formalities and processes on time.

b) Other HR Processes:

- Preparation and presentation of various status reports (Admin / Personnel) for the Senior Management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.

- Periodically updating and maintaining HR and Personnel Administration process documents including attendance and payroll software.

- Updating the records of PF, ESI, Mediclaim and Bank Account.

- Efficiently maintaining the file management system.

- Timely Collating OT, Bonus and Advance details from all locations.

- Preparation of Training and Employee Engagement Calendar

- Assisting in streamlining the training conduct.

- Conducting grievance redressal meetings and working towards resolving them.

- Participating in the KPI review meetings.

- Maintaining Leave and Work From Home records.

c) Admin

- Coordinating with Vendors and Service providers for fulfilling the requisition of office supplies and asset repair.

- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the company and third party.

- Arranging for travel and stay of company employees

- Arranging celebrations of important days / festivals.

Key Result Areas :

The purpose of the role is to deliver the following KRAs :

ü Coordinating with all departments & empaneled consultants alongwith working on recruitment platforms for the selection process.

ü Maintaining the consolidated data of the candidate screening process.

ü Contributing to efficient and effective recruitment flow and primary induction of new employees into the Group.

ü Maintaining digital file record for HR and admin and ensuring its data security.

ü Ensuring the compliance with the guidelines of the “Co-working” space.

ü Recording and updating the allocation chart of the company assets across all locations.

ü Preparing training calendars and ensuring its execution with strict compliance to set norms & paperwork.

ü Ensuring Asset availability for allocation (laptops, sims, t-shirts, diaries, coffee mugs etc) before joining any new candidate.
ü Organizing and assisting in various employee engagement activities.

ü Keeping a tab on housekeeping stocks and requirements.

ü Ensuring Compliance towards Code of Conduct from the HR perspective (that Includes but not limited to People management & self-conduct through timely and proper correspondence/interaction, absenteeism and other such regulatory directives of HR as agreed upon on joining the organisation).

ü Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

ü Maintain proper reports of the compliance towards the delegated KPIs for quarterly evaluation.

Pre-requisite for applying:

The applicant should have :

.. A graduation degree (Masters will be an added advantage)

.. An Experience of minimum of 2 Years in the similar role

.. Proficiency in MS Office, HRM tools, Hiring Platforms

.. Immediate availability to join

.. Flexibility for extended work hours

.. Decent English Communication skills

Office Location - Sector-142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Working days - 6 (Mon-Fri - Work from Office, Sat - WFH, however, if required may have to report to office)

Joining Time - Immediate

Package - Upto 3.6 LPA (subject to last drawn and exhibited skill sets)
