HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing exceptional administrative support. You will act as a key point of contact for HR queries, contributing to an efficient and effective HR service.

Your Contribution
• Produce and manage employment contracts, variations, and payroll instructions. Coordinate all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and more.
• Maintain and update HR templates (contracts, letters, etc.) ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Provide accurate HR reports, maintain HR databases (SAP, UKG Peopledoc), and act as the UK coordinator for Group HR reporting.
• Participate in salary surveys and assist with pay reviews and bonus processes.

Your Experience And Qualifications
• Experience within fast paced HR environment.
• Effective communications skills, especially dealing with all levels of employee from senior management to production.
• CIPD Qualified or working towards qualification.
• Prior usage of SAP HR Systems would be beneficial.
