Job and Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Communicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresConduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Daily Activities:
* Allotment of tasks to the employees.* Setting deadlines for completion of task.* Getting work done from the workforce within time.* Maintaining discipline.* Guiding the workforce when needed.* Motivating employees for quality work.* Maintaining professional atmosphere in the office.* Applying essential company policies.* Monitoring the work done by the workforce.* Reporting to the MD of the company about work at the end of the day.* If need then ready to discussion with client communication.* Daily attendance & Tracking system.* Monitoring / Screening Employees machine.

Educational Qualification-Any GraduateGood communication skills0 to 10 years of experience / Fresher are welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
