In this role as a Human Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.

Provide expert advice on employment law and industrial relations.

Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs for new staff.

Manage employee performance and development, including performance evaluations and succession planning.

Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.

Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the services industry.

Demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, recruitment, and employee relations.

Proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective HR management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues.

Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
