HR |amp| Admin Associate

Rite KnowledgeLabs, a digital agency in Andheri East, is looking to hire a HR & Admin Executive.

Key responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility will be to source/screen candidates to grow the team in design, UI/UX and business content writing as per guidance from the founders. (final interview to be done by the founders)

- Onboarding fresh candidates and ensuring HR-led practices followed for current employees like leave management, employee engagement initiatives etc.

- Maintaining Admin-led work such as looking after office supplies, instructions to the office boy and smooth running of the office

- Assisting the founders in various paperwork like expenses, records, etc.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have a degree in Psychology or HR or completed a course in HR with minimum work experience of 1-2 years or completed 6-12 months of an HR internship.

- Should be energetic and have the ability to multitask as a single HR member; good communication skills, spoken and written English and ability to work in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Work from office, Full-time, 5-day week, Mon-Fri (+.30-6.00pm); candidates should be comfortable travelling to Chandivali (Powai) daily. Nearby candidates preferred.
