Our client is a multi-brand group of companies within the entertainment industry, with 10+ brands and 20+ support companies operating internationally. Working across software development, game development, casino operation, sports betting, and commodity trading, the group has been in operation for over 10 years for some brands where others are still in their pre-launch stage.
With an open, friendly culture based on mutual respect and trust, they are looking for an HR & Admin Officer with solid organisational skills, to join their team and support the day-to-day activities of the Group management team. Ultimately, making sure all HR and Admin operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain personnel records such as employment contracts, contract amendments etc
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, vacation, sick leave, reimbursements, Employee handbook etc
• Gather payroll data such as bank accounts and leave/ sick days
• Publish and remove job ads, as well as liaise with external agencies
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as required
• Develop training and onboarding material in corporation with the subsidiaries
• Be the main point of contact for employee queries
• Support the senior management team with secretarial duties
• Ad hoc admin tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role within a Digital/ Online environment
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
This role is being offered on a B2B Contract Basis, working from the company’s co-working space in Thane India and reporting directly to the CFO.
