Responsibilities
To provide administrative support and coordination of the day-to-day Human Resources operations
Assist associates (walk-up traffic or scheduled appointments) including but not limited to:
Kiosk log-on and navigation
Coordinate and administer various human resources processes as assigned:
Maintain office supplies and make HR purchases
Manage / reconcile department Procurement Card
Generate department purchase orders
Monitor suggestion boxes throughout Troup County
General office duties including but not limited to mailroom coordination
Assist team to plan and execute annual, quarterly, weekly and as-needed employee relations events and activities
Maintain housekeeping
Comply with safety rules
Comply with environmental regulations
Be aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Perform other duties as assigned

Position summary:

Educational requirements:
Four-year college degree preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
