Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at Ocean Finvest, a leading wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.

· Onboard new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

· Process employee leaves, benefits, and terminations.

· Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals.

· Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including office management, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.

· Manage company documentation, records, and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as needed.

· Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.

· Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
