Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role includes handling employee records, recruitment coordination, office management, and assisting in policy implementation to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Support in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Oversee office supplies and maintenance.
• Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and meeting logistics.
• Manage vendor relationships and office service providers.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administration.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
