Townsville Independence Program for Active Community Living (TIPACL) Inc is a respected not-for-profit organization that has been empowering individuals with disabilities since 1+87. We are currently seeking a motivated and committed Human Resource Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the full cycle of staff recruitment, induction, probation, reviews, and re-induction processes, in collaboration with the Development Coordinator.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
Support the management of timesheets for relevant staff.
Act as a liaison for staff regarding rostering and payroll queries.
Coordinate daily roster variations by organizing relief/fill-in staff as needed.
Assist in creating service delivery, training, and administration rosters using rostering software.
Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant qualification and/or a minimum of two years of practical experience.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email applications.
Ability to work independently, set clear priorities, and manage your own workload.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
Additional Requirements:

Current or the ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Working with Children (Blue Card).
