Our People team are looking for a Reward Analyst to join them.

We have a team of dedicated and talented HR professionals, taking responsibility for all “people” aspects of the business. This includes the whole employee life cycle, from attracting new joiners, on-boarding, development throughout their career, ensuring they work in a balanced and healthy way, supporting them when needed, enabling efficient and effective processes throughout, every day, for their entire journey at Baringa. As a proudly people-first organisation, you will be at the forefront of helping us continue an incredible EVP for our people.

As we continue to grow organically, we need to ensure our people processes are set up to enable the future size and shape of the business to operate effectively and efficiently, using the appropriate tools. This is a existing role as part of an established Reward Team of 10 colleagues, covering global payroll, compensation, benefits & mobility.

What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the day-to-day administration of new joiners, movers, and leavers from a payroll and benefits perspective (e.g. pulling reports, updating benefit schemes).
• Act as first point of contact, providing a basic advisory service to employees on benefit related queries.
• Liaise with benefit providers and vendors to ensure smooth operation of benefits programs and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Support with projects within the benefit space, including the proposal and implementation of new benefits to enhance the Baringa package.
• Develop and distribute communication materials to educate employees about their benefits options and any changes to the programs.
• Maintain and update Workday, Baringa’s HR database, ensuring accurate records and data related to employee benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and costs.
• Support with the global salary review processes, which is run twice a year.
• Support the Benefit’s team on the maintenance of all benefit related policies, products and procedures, ensuring controls and efficiencies across the team.

Your Skills And Experience
• A confident individual, who has experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure to ensure critical deadlines are met.
• Excellent research, data and analytic skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Appreciates the need to maintain confidentiality and be discreet. With a strong level of integrity whilst displaying passion, enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
• Good excel, PowerPoint and other aspects of Microsoft office essential.
