Function: HR

Location: UK – Hybrid Working – commutable to London, Edinburgh and South West England

Salary: £70-£+0K plus excellent benefits

Our HR Business Partners play a key role in supporting the executive team to translate people strategies into business actions. The role needs you to have the ability to plan strategically, to deliver innovative people initiatives and achieve positive results. You’ll have a communication style that allows you to coach and influence at a senior level and you’ll also have experience of managing organisation and cultural change.

At TSB, HR Business Partners also play a key role in helping to shape, promote and embed the end to end employee proposition. Whilst you won’t directly manage a team, you will have the opportunity to influence the HR agenda and support the development of team members across the wider HR team and business area.

How You’ll Make a Difference

The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop, influence and implement people strategies, providing support and guidance on all aspects of the colleague proposition.

• Commercial acumen – an understanding of business and cost drivers and an enthusiasm for the customer proposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and coordination skills
• Wide appreciation of appropriate techniques to influence, engage and develop senior leaders
• Strong knowledge of HR policy, best practice and of managing organisational design/change
