• Training and Development: Coordinate and manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a proven track record in human resources management. Key qualifications include:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
