About the Role
Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to drive workforce strategies, support managers, and promote organizational success through effective HR solutions. This pivotal role plays a key part in shaping a high-performing culture by collaborating closely with executives and managers to foster an effective, sustainable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a collaborative and responsive team culture while supporting HR Business Partners and Consultants to provide excellent service.
Provide expert advice on complex HR matters, including conflict resolution, misconduct, underperformance, and change management.
Support workforce planning, project management, and strategy development, contributing to the success of key HR initiatives and operational needs.
Drive continuous improvement by developing policies, identifying risks, and recommending enhancements to HR procedures and practices.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to upskill HR teams and staff, ensuring compliance and addressing people management issues.
About You
This role requires an individual with extensive experience advising senior management on HR matters, including legislative and policy interpretation and application. Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and strategies to improve practices is essential. A strong background in generalist HR services, including performance management, investigations, and report writing, is also required.
