Job Responsibilities :

Implement D&I charter & action plan to support overall culture building efforts.
Support building and implementation of new policies/ programs in the areas specific to inclusion including
diversity of thoughts and perspectives across the themes gender, generation, disability, and ****** identity.
Awareness on legal compliance related to Diversity & Inclusion such as Prevention of ****** Harassment at Workplace, 2013, The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, The Transgender (Protection of
Rights) Act, 2024.
Facilitate the deployment of Diversity & Inclusion programs such as R-Aadya Programs, Inclusive Leadership,
and other D&I related offerings.
Manage D&I related data analytics and dashboards to support group reporting and governance.
Manage D&I portal and drive continuous improvements in D&I operations to deliver superior engagement & stakeholder experience.
Collaborate with leaders across business and HR Heads/HRBPs to identify gaps and implement D&I initiatives.
Support in driving internal & external D&I communication to create awareness and support positive employer branding.
Partner with external vendors for various Diversity & Inclusion interventions
Education Requirement :
MBA / Post-Graduation (HR, Social Sciences) / OD
Experience Requirement :
7+ years of experience (experience of implementation of Diversity & Inclusion related program or stint in D&I assignment would be preferred)
