• Ensure 100% compliance for the legal entity with the help of statutory compliance
vendor.
• Coordinate with vendor for timely compliance of the filing of various returns
• Support Units/Divisions for Registration/ Renewal/ Amendment/ of registration
certificates and licences obtained under various labour laws with vendor
• Ensure timely revision & implementation of minimum wages as per the central/state
rules.
• Registers-Prepare and maintain all the register under various labour laws
• Administer various compliance requirements in the company
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory
compliance.
