I am working with an established HR consultancy business who are looking for more great HR professionals to join them. The work is supporting businesses of up to 250 employees - usually smaller SMEs.
You can be anywhere in the UK.
So- who are we looking for?
You Should Have:
General HR advising experience at senior level.
CIPD qualifications or "qualified by experience" gained over many years
Friendly engaging manner with a commercial approach to HR for small businesses
Experience and confidence consulting on a number of ER matters to different types of business areas
Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week,
Ability to travel locally to meet clients
