As an HR Consultant intern at Aaptatt, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced HR team to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. Your role will be vital in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the company.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Provide support in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts within the workplace.
• Work with the team closely on projects.
