Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator provides general support to the HR team
In addition, the HR Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new full-time hires (including New Hire Orientation), employees LOA requests, assist with preparation of data for annual HR processes (e.g., performance management), internal auditing of HR system and other ad hoc requests
The HR Coordinator is also the first point of contact for general employee questions and manages HR mailbox
HR Operations Support
Onboarding
Prepare new hires for Day 1 with welcome kits and onboarding materials
Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientation
Manages and tracks administration of leave of absence and disability process, including worker’s compensation
Assist with leave of absence process communications to individual employees, including FMLA and salary protection benefits
Works with Lincoln Financial on Intermittent and Continuous leaves
Notify Managers of leave status
Provide instruction to employees on leave tracking requirements
Monitor employee leave status, notify payroll of status and update HRIS
Process leave of absence paperwork and forward to third party administrator
Data Management.
Update and organize team folders/files/archives
Creates and maintains employee personnel files/e-files including I-+ records
Conducts annual audits (compliance/HRIS/etc.)
HR Team and Employee Support
Monitor and respond to HR Mailbox emails, chats, etc
Provides additional administrative support to HR team as requested
Prepare meeting materials including All Hands Town Hall

A Hybrid HR Coordinator position in Mountain View, CA is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position is initially a contract position but with a good chance of converting to Full Time/Salaried/Direct Hire status.
