HR & Digital Communications Intern

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support (50%)
• Recruitment Assistance: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Help in preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Support in organizing team-building activities and employee wellness programs.

Digital Communications (50%)
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company website.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Internal Communications

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS and CMS platforms is a plus.
• Digital Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
