Our Expectations From You
Responsibilities
• Managing end to end employee life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.
• Performing administrative activities
• Enter and locate work-related information in CRM and keep it updated
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
