Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and providing administrative support. This role involves attracting, evaluating, and shortlisting qualified candidates, as well as handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with administrative responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Professional certifications in HR or recruitment will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and the company website to reach a wide pool of potential candidates.
Utilize databases and online platforms to source relevant resumes/CVs and proactively search for potential candidates.
Coordinate with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and consultants to identify and engage with top talent.
Review resumes/CVs, conduct screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry.
Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, and other relevant HR documents.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and coordinating necessary paperwork.
Compute the attendance for payroll administration.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support in HR-related matters.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
