Whitefield Global School is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and administrative functions within an educational setting. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, administrative management, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within an educational institution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary - above 35000/-. Candidate preferred in and around Whitefield.
