• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
• Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle employee documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant topics.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
