Responsibilities:-
• Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, documentation and onboarding.
• Candidate sourcing
• Keeping job descriptions up-to-date and accurate.
• Responsible for preparing Offer & Appointment letters.
• Onboarding & induction.
• Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Manage Job Postings on job portals and social media.
• Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
• Work towards Employee Engagement motivation.
• Handling employee relations, disciplinary concerns and grievance handling.
• Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment.
• Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions.
• Leave management
• Annual appraisal cycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
