Business Title: Executive - Human Resources

Reports to (position): Plant HR Manager

Global Function: Human Resources Global Department: HR Operations

Role Purpose Statement: Responsible for Plant Administration and Time Office Management.

Main Accountabilities:

? Monthly Payroll inputs
? Time office Management
? Canteen Management
? Procurement of Office Items for plant (Stationery, Gift Items, Housekeeping Material, etc.)
? Ensuring contract Labour Compliance its bill processing
? Coordinating for BGSMS & Non statutory audits
? Employee welfare (Uniform, Annual Medical checkup, Mediclaim process)
? General administration (Travel & Stay arrangement, Pickup drop, Locker facility, etc.)
? Staff Vehicle management
? OHC Management

? CLM
? Cost Saving.
? BGSMS Audit Score
? Employee Grievance

Performs a variety of complex and non-complex tasks. Problems may require analysis to understand. Supports the delivery of solutions to complex problems where precedent may not exist.

Education/Experience

? MBA – HR, having 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Setup.
