Job Description – HR Executive – Generalist Profile

Company Details: - Circuit Systems India Private Limited

Purpose of the position: - The individual is responsible to assist the Human Resources Team with various administrative and Human Resources duties of the organization especially operations related to Plant.

Skills and Qualification required: - Graduate with 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience HR Generalist profile. Must have good verbal and written communication skills & working knowledge of MS. Office.

Specific experience Relevant experience as a HR Executive / HR Assistant is a must in Generalist profile.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Time and Attendance management and reports to be shared daily and monthly for Payroll entries once in month end on specific date after completion of compilation.

2. Knowledge of Payroll activity and statutory compliances.

3. Handling recruitment activities and planning with departments and execution of On Job Training.

4. Handling Onboarding and Induction process, document collection & compilation and also in doing exit formalities as per Company policy.

5. On daily basis check pantry, office area, conference room for proper supplies, cleanliness etc.

6. Managing of Inventory and do the needful for Purchasing, ordering, stock maintaining and distribution of office supplies, Stationeries, printing consumables, housekeeping items and maintaining track of the same. Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Housekeeping, Pantry and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.

7. Must be good in dealing and coordinating with Vendors. Keeping track of various office Admin bills

8. Coordination for Employee Engagement activities, ordering gifts, execution etc to be taken care.

+. Should be able to work on excels and provide MIS reports as required.

10. To Prioritize conflicting needs & handles matters proactively and strong follow up on activities to successful completion of admin activity.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
