Payroll Processing: Collect, review, and process employee timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately. Ensure adherence to company policies, employment contracts, and legal requirements while calculating payroll.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, tax information, bank account details, and salary components. Update payroll software or systems with any changes in employee information or payroll requirements.
Deductions and Benefits: Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other deductions from employee salaries. Process employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Compliance: Stay updated with relevant local, state, and federal labor laws and taxation regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing. Understand and implement statutory requirements related to payroll, including tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other deductions.
Payroll Reporting: Generate payroll reports, including payslips, tax statements, and other financial reports, for distribution to employees and management. Prepare periodic reports for HR, Finance, and senior management on payroll expenses, taxes, and other related metrics.
Issue Resolution: Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, tax withholdings, deductions, and other payroll-related matters. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly, collaborating with HR, Finance, and external agencies if necessary.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency. Propose and implement changes to payroll systems, policies, and procedures,ensuring smooth and error-free payroll operations.error-free payroll operations.prioritize Very good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Salary: ₹13,538.82 - ₹33,000.00 per month
